WE, The Citizens of the Borough of Newburg, Hopewell Township, and the surrounding area, (all in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania), hereby petition the Hopewell Township Board of Supervisors concerning the NOISE and   DISTURBANCE caused by the Doubling Gap Motocross Track in our residential neighborhood. We feel the operation of such a large business is destructive to the peace and tranquility of our community and to the value of our property. We ask that the Township Board do all in its power to eliminate the negative influence of the Doublin Gap Motocross Track.
